The lifecycle of a project consists of :

  • Purchasing a property

  • Converting the property into a high spec all ensuite HMO that meets all regulatory requirements

  • Fully tenanting the property to create cashflow

  • Refinancing the property to release funds invested

  • Use funds released to re-invest
